I come from Germany and have a little Polish background, but I've never heard of the sausage, sauerkraut has heard in her. Only then are with sausages and sauerkraut, served on the side. Mix meat and cabbage make sausage.

I always use two jars ... because we all love some time ... I'm also in a piece of apple or two .... citrus leaves some out and not tasty!
